As the San Francisco and River Delta Region-Wide Strategic Risk Management/Mitigation ns Port Trade Resumption Resiliency Plans identify,this capability is sparse and few/far between. The PSGP10 project specifically targets addressing the identified, San Francisco Bay Region gap to enhance prevention, response, and recovery operations from the San Francisco South Bay Region waterside; this project further ensures the personnel operating the vessel, and responding to incidents,have the necessary tool-kit onboard to manage the incidents to be encountered.
