6. Pursuant to California Public Resources Code section 2'f 081 and the CEQA GuidelEnes section 15091(a} (1}, the Planning Commission hereby finds that changes or alterations ha�e been required in, or incorporated into, the Project which a�oid or stabstantially lessen the Project's potentially significant environmental effects as identified in the Final EIR, such that the Project, as approved, will not have any significant en�ironmental effects. 7. Pursuant to CEQA section 21081.6 and CEQA Guidelines sections 15091(d) and 15097, and in support of its approval of the Project, the Planning Commission hereby adopts the Findings and t�e Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively, and incorporated herein #�y reference, to require alE mitigation measures described in the Final EIR be imp�emented by means of Project conditions, agreements, or ot�er enforceable measures. S. The Planning Commission fi�ds the benefits of the Project are as follows: a. The Project provides a high quality, single-family residential in-fill housing project. b. The project supports Redwood City's General Plan Housing Element goal to meet its regional housing need allocation assignment consistent with State Housing Element law. c. Additional benefits are listed in the Project Objecti�es Section 2.2 of the Laurel Way Planned Development Project Draft and revised Final EIR. 9. The Planning Commission directs the City's Community Development Services Department to file a Notice of Determination with the San Mateo Caunty Clerk �pon appro�al of the Project. 10. Pursuant to G�idelines section 15091(e), the documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Planning Commission has based �ts recommendations are located in and may be obtained from, the �ffice of the City Clerk at 1017 Midc�lefield Road, Redwood City, California.
