WHEREAS, after the duly noticed public hearing, the Planning Commission considered and finds that the proposed Comprehensive 2013 Zonir�g Ordinance Amendment are in the public interest and consistent with the Redwood City General Plan, and desires to refer to the City Council consideration of t�e Compreher�sive 2D13 Zoning Ordinance Amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 15059 adopted on October 11, 2010, certified the General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report ("EIR"); and the City prepareci an addendum to the E!R to address the environmentai impacts of the Comprehensi�e 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amendment, which found that there are no new significant impacts nor any increase in the severity of previously identified impacts, and that no change in circumstance has occurred with respect to the EIR and the proposed Comprehensive 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amenclment or the environment affected by the project that would alter prior environmental fndings, conclusions, ar mitigation measures; and WHEREAS, at the January 29 and February 5, 2013, public hearing, the Planning Commission considered the whole of the record, including with respect to the EIR {previously provided under separate cover) and the Addendum. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City as foflows: Section 1. The recitals set forth abo�e are true and correct, and are hereby incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. Section 2. The Comprehensi�e 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amendment was presented to the Planning Commission at its meetir�gs on January 29 and February 5, 2013, was filed and made a�ailable at the OfFice of the Cify Clerk, and is incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3. Addendum: The Planning Commission finds that: a. The Addendum was prepared in accordance with all legal requirements, including CEQA Guidelines section 15164. b. The Planning Commission has re�iewed and oonsidered the Addendum, the EIR and other information in the entire record and has considered the information contained therein, including the written and oral comments recei�ed at the public hearing on the Project, prior to acting upon or approving the Comprehensi�e 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amendment.
