2. Incenti�e-Based FAR Bonus. A bonus FAR of u to 0.2 but not to exceed a total FAR of <br /> 1.Q not includin exce tions as a licable in Section 29.3 B 1 above ma be <br /> ermitted for ro'ects that ravide ublic or uasi- ublic o en s ace ro�ided that all <br /> of the followin conditions are met: <br /> a.
