29.5 - Parkin�Location and Desi�n Re�ulatians. The re uired number of arkin s aces arkin access and loadin shall conform to the standards in Article 30 �ff-Street Parkin and Loadin of the Zonin Ordinance exce t as pro�ided in this Section. A. Loca#ion of Parkin . Sur-Face ar�d ar structured arkin areas shall be located on the interior side or rear of the site and where�er feasible laced behind buildin s. Parkin loadin and service areas shall be acce5sed �rom afle s and or side streets wherever feasible. Feasibilit shall be determined b the res onsible review autharit . Curb cuts shalf be minimized and located in the location least likel to im ede edestrian circulation. Curb cuts shall be located at least 15 feet from an intersection curb return or edestrian crasswalk. For arcels of less than 200 feet in len th alon the street front onl one vehicular access oint shall be ermitted aff the street front. For all o#her arcel fronta es a maximum of one►►ehicular access oint for each 20D feet of street fronta e is ermitted. B. Landsca ed Setback of Parkin . Surface and structured arkin areas shakl be set back no less than ten 10 feet from ad'acent buildin s and streets and shall be landsca ed in accordance with 5ectifln 30.17 lm ro�ements for Parkin and Loadin Facilities .
