The term of the City's Consolidated Plan (Plan) is from
July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2015. The Plan is made up of three components:
1. One-Year Action Plan: For each of the five years, identifies how funds will be used
annually to meet the quantitative goals.
The Action Plan includes an executive summary (Attachment 2) and budget
(Attachment 3) which identifies all sources of funding, specific activities recommended
for funding, and required narrative regarding the location of activities to be funded.
ANALYSIS
HUD estimates the City will receive $643,402 of CDBG and $213,121 of HOME
entitlement funds for FY13-14.
