STAFF REPORTS <br /> A. Parking Management Plan for the Scott Peterson Trial <br /> Police Captain Warner explained the proposed parking management plan stating <br /> that the strategy has been to close all but one eastbound lane on Middlefield, <br /> between Bradford and Veterans to accommodate the large and medium sized <br /> satellite and microwave broadcast trucks. There is also a small overflow parking <br /> lot with about 25 spaces on a previously dirt lot about 1-1/2 blocks from the <br /> Middlefield site. He explained the estimate of proposed fees.
