She <br /> stated that the intent of the letter was to express concerns about the fees which <br /> began at very high rate and have gotten much more reasonable and closer to <br /> where they think they need to be. The largest part of the bill is the securities fees <br /> and she stated that under Supreme Court authority cannot be assessed to these <br /> media on this trial because the City would be doing it based on the content.
