EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> INNER HARBOR PRECISE PLAN <br /> 1.0 GENERAL <br /> Project Manager working with the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br /> and the project facilitator shall develop public outreach strategies and identify <br /> community/stakeholder sensitivities and challenges; and manage stakeholders' <br /> expectations and communication. <br /> Consultant shall document all procedures; provide reports and controls as <br /> fol lows: <br /> 1.1 Confirm work programs, project descriptions, and scopes of work with City <br /> staff and consultants to determine budgets and delivery schedules; ensure <br /> all project team members communicate effectively and all relevant <br /> information and outcomes are communicated to the City and interested <br /> stakeholders in a timely manner; prepare necessary communications to <br /> provide regular status updates regarding project schedule, budget, <br /> potential issues, and other items of interest or concern; prepare staff <br /> reports, technical memoranda, or other documents to support City staff at <br /> meetings with community/stakeholders, as well as City appointed Advisory <br /> Committees/commissions, and City Council, as requested by City. <br /> 1.2 e Prepare and maintain a Project Master Schedule in cooperation with the <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, obtain all Project schedules, <br /> including Precise Plan and environmental review; and create Master <br /> Schedule progress graphs for each critical phase o.f work and the overall <br /> Project. Prepare and maintain a system that organizes and tracks all <br /> Project documents, including all design consultants, which affect the <br /> Project and any other items deemed necessary by the COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR ("Project Documentation"). Develop a <br /> monthly Project reporting format that includes updates on meetings and <br /> topics and other information deemed relevant to the public process by the <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR. <br /> 2.0 PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br /> Project Manager shall provide all services necessary for the administration of <br /> planning and environmental review contracts as follows: <br /> ATTY/AGR/2013.059/JILL EKAS PROJECT MANAGER AGREEMENT <br /> REV:04-24-13 VR <br /> Page 9 of 17 <br />
