BAAQMD FYE 2013 TFCA Funding Agreement ' <br /> 9. Special Conditions (Sections IV.2, IV.7): <br /> A. Project Sponsor must ensure that all Project shuttle vehicles comply with all applicable <br /> requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and that service is available to <br /> the public throughout the Term of this Agreement. <br /> B. Shuttle routes must not operate in direct competition with existing fixed-route bus services. <br /> C.
