Project Useful Life: 12 months <br /> 3. Project Description: The TFCA Regional Funds awarded by this grant shall be used by City of <br /> Redwood City to fund the operation of shuttle service from the Redwood City Caltrain Station to <br /> the Redwood City downtown area and the Mid Point Technology Business Park in San Mateo <br /> County(see#6 below for route map). <br /> The service will operate on approximately 30-minute headways from 6:30AM—9:30AM and <br /> 3:30PM—7:OOPM Monday- Friday. The City of Redwood City will provide the shuttle service <br /> using one heavy duty vehicle with an engine that meets emission standards stated in Executive <br /> Order A-010-1278 or cleaner. The shuttle will have a minimum capacity of 21 passengers. <br /> 4. Project Schedule: <br /> Milestone Completion Date <br /> Shuttle operations commence January 1, 2013 <br /> Last day to conduct survey December 30, 2013 <br /> End shuttle operations December 31, 2013 <br /> Final Report due, per Attachment C March 31, 2014 <br /> Last day to submit Final Invoice Apri130, 2014 <br /> 5. Project Goal: The goal of this Project is to reduce motor vehicle emissions by providing trip- <br /> reducing transportation alternative services (e.g. shuttle, rideshare, or vanpool), thereby reducing <br /> motor vehicle emissions, trips, and vehicle-miles traveled. <br /> 6.
