These events are subject to <br /> and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> Permission is granted to the Peninsula Celebration Association ("Permittee"), by <br /> the City of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms <br /> and conditions: <br /> 1. Parade and Arts & Crafts Festival: Permittee shall sponsor said activities. <br /> 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> C ity. <br /> 3. Non-Transferabilitv: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> 4. Location: The parade will be conducted in the areas detailed on the <br /> attached map provided by the PCA in their letter dated March 22, 2013. <br /> Parade staging areas require road closures throughout the Centennial <br /> Neighborhood. The festival will be conducted on Broadway from Winslow to <br /> Main Street, Hamilton from Middlefield Parking Lot to Marshall, Middlefield <br /> from Broadway to Marshall, Theatre Way from Middlefield to Broadway, and <br /> Jefferson from the parking garage entrance at the Cinema Complex to <br /> Marshall. Minor alterations to the parade route and festival areas may be <br /> required to facilitate these events. Should alterations be required, any <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
