� A. Provide design shop drawings to be reviewed and approved by the City. <br /> � B. Furnish and install fire sprinklers in accordance with approved fire sprinkler <br /> ' drawings. <br /> C. Patch and repaint all surfaces and restore disturbed improvements to original <br /> condition. <br /> VI. MEASUREMENT & PAYMENT <br /> 1. MOBILIZATION, DEMOBILIZATION & DEMOLITION <br /> A. Full compensation for all mobilization and demobilization, and demobilization <br /> measures, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment required as necessary will <br /> be paid under this bid item. <br /> B. Contractor is to protect the existing property and landscaping to the full extent <br /> possible. Full compensation for restoring damaged structures, landscaping, and <br /> other incidentals related to the completion of the project shall be included in the lump <br /> sum price paid for this bid item. <br /> C. Full compensation for all required demolition work, traffic control, inclusive of area <br /> separation, dust barriers, debris off-hauling, general site cleanup and preparation for <br /> specified improvements, as shown and noted, shall be included in this bid item. <br /> 2. DESIGN FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM <br /> A. Full compensation will be paid for providing all the required work done at the contract <br /> lump sum price for designing a design for extending the fire sprinkler system in Fire <br /> Station No. 10 under this bid item. <br /> B. Work shall be inclusive of all design work and reviews necessary for issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> 3. INSTALLATION OF FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM <br /> A. Full compensation will be paid for providing all the required work done at the contract <br /> lump sum price for installing new fire sprinkler system based on City approved <br /> design drawings for Fire Station No. 10 Fire Sprinkler Upgrades under this bid item. <br /> B. Work shall be inclusive of all preparatory work for the installation of new fire sprinkler <br /> system including, but not limited to cutting walls, patching, painting, testing and <br /> commissioning and other work necessary to restore the facility back to its original <br /> condition. . <br /> 11 <br />
