, <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> COMPONENTS OF THE PROJECT <br /> The Project consists of (a) the construction of certain distribution facilities to the <br /> Redwood Shores area for the City's Recycled Water Project, (b) retrofitting certain irrigation <br /> systems, (c) the installation of certain artificial surfaces for athletic fields in the City, and (d) <br /> system-wide repair and replacement of Enterprise facilities, to the extent financed by the <br /> proceeds of the 2006 Installment Purchase Contract. The Project further consists of Phase 1 <br /> of the City's Recycled Water Project financed by the proceeds of the 2005 Installment <br /> Purchase Contract, including: <br /> (i) the City's interests in improvements to the existing waste water treatment <br /> facilities owned and operated by the South Bayside System Authority("SBSA"), <br /> (ii) the construction of a disinfection facility (chlorine contact chamber) <br /> located at the site of the SBSA treatment facility, <br /> (iii) the construction of storage and pumping facilities located at the site of the <br /> SBSA treatment facility, <br /> and (iv) the installation of certain artificial surfaces for athletic fields in the <br /> City.. <br /> A-1 <br /> 338529 1.DOC <br />
