• The pathways,parking area, courryards, and rooftop runoff will drain into bioswales around the <br /> perimeter of the building and parking area to allow filtration and infiltration of stormwater <br /> runoff. <br /> The proposed treatment facilities will have sufficient capacity to treat all the stormwater runoff <br /> entering the storm drainage system. In addition,the project will be required to record an Operation <br /> & Management Agreement to ensure continued maintenance and performance of post-construction <br /> measures. The proposed treatment system, combined with the Best Management Practices (BMPs) <br /> proposed in the Stormwater Control Plan,will result in a less than significant impact on water <br /> quality. (Less Than Significant Impact) <br /> 4.9.4 Conclusion <br /> With implementation of the proposed mitigation measures and conformance with the NPDES permit <br /> requirements,the proposed project would have a less than significant hydrology impact.
