7. Prior to any construction acti�ity at the projec# sife as part af the Building <br /> Permit submittal, Applicant shall submit a construction staging, <br /> co�struction equipment, employee parking and truck routing plan and sha[I <br /> hold a preconstruction conference with City staff and other interested <br /> parties. Applicant shall arrange for the attendance of the canstruction <br /> mar�ager, contractor, and all subcontractors including those responsible <br /> for grading and erasion controls. <br /> 8. Filters shall be installed in the HVAC system to reduce the exposure of <br /> residents of the �roject to pollutants in accordar�ce with the City's Green <br /> Buifding Ordinance. <br /> 9. New construction shall be fn conformance with the 2010 Califarnia <br /> Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Energy and Green <br /> BuileEing Standard and Redwood City Green Building cades. <br /> 10.A minimum of 8`-2" clear ceiling height shall be maintained in the parking <br /> structure for access to the accessibie disabled parking s#alls. <br /> 11.Per the Mec�anical Code, the exhaust outlets—as par� af the product- <br /> can�eyi�g system for the garage ventilation and emitting f�mes and <br /> gases—shall be a# least 10 feet above adjoining grade, 10 feet from the <br /> property line, 10 feet from openings into the building, and 3 feet from <br /> exterior wall or roo�. <br /> 12.In accordance with Section 2.2.2-1-e of the DTPP, noise studies <br /> consistent with the requirements of the California Buildir�g Code shalf be <br /> conduct�d for �he Project to identify noise reduction measures necessary <br /> to achieve compatibifity with City Noise Element guidelines (55 dBA CNEL <br /> at sensitive exterior spaces) anc[ Title 24 standards (45 dBA CNEL wi�hin <br /> residentia! units). Each noise study shall be appro�ed by the City's <br /> Build�ng Inspection Divisian prior �o issuance of a Building Permit. <br /> fdentified rroise raduction measures, in order of preference so that <br /> windows can be opened, are identified in Section 2.2.2-1-e of the DTPP. <br /> 13.Applicant shall instafl a new City standard drain inlet on Warren Street, <br /> connecting ta the proposed storm drain line. Applicant shall consult with <br /> the Engineering division for final ciesign. <br /> 14.Applicant shall be fimited to one sewer lateral for the project. A second <br /> lateral may be allowed a# the discretion of the Engineering division. <br /> 15.Project must meet fire flaw requirements as established by the Fire <br /> Department which are based on the Uniform Fire Cade. Fire flow tests <br /> are typicafly performed during the preliminary design phase but must be <br /> completed prior to submittal of fina� design.
