Monitor the Decanstruction a�d Salvagfng Operatians: <br /> 1) The deconstruction process shall be monitored ta ensure <br /> that materiais are sal�aged as is practical. <br /> 2) The deconstruction process shail be monitored to ensure <br /> that any significar�� #�istorical or architectural artifacts or <br /> building fabric that were noted during the photography <br /> sessions will be retained and saved for future use. <br /> c. Interpretive Dispfay or Pfaque: <br /> 1) Applicant shal! determin� an appropriate type of <br /> interpretative display or plaque depending on the histo�ic <br /> narrative and any significant historical or architectural <br /> arti�acts or building fabric objects tha� may be found during <br /> deconstruction, and shalk submit plans for said interpretive <br /> display or plaque to Planning Ser�ices for review and <br /> approval prior to instalfation. <br /> 2} The location af the interpretive display or plaq�e shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by Planning Ser�ices prior to <br /> installation, and shall be located along the street farade of <br /> the praject site in an area that is visible to the public. <br /> d. Removal of Historical Resaurces: <br /> 1) Applicant shall offer each historical resource for sale for $1 <br /> for a period of a� least 90 days per Sections 2.'f.3-T-2-b, <br /> 2.�.3-U-2-b, and 2.1.4-B-1-b. <br /> 2) If no suitable buyer is identified, then Applicant shall <br /> document the structure priar to demolitio� per Section 2.1 .4- <br /> B-1-c. <br /> 3) Applicant shall retain, reuse, salvage, or interpret the historic <br /> resaurces per Sections 2.1.4-B-�-d, e, and f. if nane of <br /> these actions are �easible, Applicant shall c[emonstrate the <br /> infeasibility and provide justification to the City. <br /> 5. Applicant shall comply with to the signage regulations af Section 2.10 of <br /> the DTPP. Please submit a Sign Permit application prior to the installation <br /> of any signage. <br /> 6.
