Applicant shall implement and comply with all applicable mitigation <br /> measures described in �he Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and <br /> Mitigation, Monitoring Program (MMRP} for the Downtown Precise Plan, <br /> adopted f�y the City Counci� by Resalution No. 15086 and on file with <br /> Planning Services (State Clearinghouse #2006052027), and the mitigation <br /> measures specifically stated in the Initial Study CheckEist and Historic <br /> Resources Impact Report prepared for#his Praject. <br /> 4. Applicant shall ensure that the two (2) historical resources on the project <br /> site, 3031313 Fuller Street and 321 Fuller Street, comply with the following <br /> requirements: <br /> a. Documentation: <br /> 1) Each histaric resource shall be photographed in color with a <br /> digital camera. Photographs shall be taken of all exterior <br /> facades, interior rooms, and close-ups of any unusual or <br /> sigr�ificant architectural details. Any vegefation that <br /> obscures the exterior fa�ades shail be removed prior to the <br /> taking of photos. Phatas sF�ail ba stored on a compact disc. <br /> 2) Measurements of each house shall be taken and a floor plan <br /> of �acf� ho�ase shafl be drawn to scale. <br /> 3} The historical narratiWe of each historical resource shall be <br /> compiled consisting of the history of the immediate <br /> neighborhood, the buildings' construction and subsequent <br /> modifications, the identity of the occ�apants if knawn, and any <br /> significant �vents associated with the buildings, if any.
