6.1.K. - Page 3 <br /> renewed, a new Purchasing Agreement will be executed between the City and GSFM <br /> marking the beginning of new 2-year terms from the effective date of the agreement. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> Council can direct staff to research other options, or not to pursue this project at this <br /> time. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> The Meter Replacement Project costs have been outlined in the nine-year Water <br /> Enterprise Cash Flow Projection, which was updated in 2013. Funds are available in <br /> FY12-13 in the amount of $1,200,000 with an additional $650,000 allocated each fiscal <br /> year from FY13-14 through FY19-20 for a total of $5,750,000. The anticipated cost to <br /> purchase meters and AMI transceivers under this agreement is $1,799,950. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> This action proposed in this report are considered Categorically Exempt pursuant to <br /> Section 15301 (Class 1) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. <br /> Class 1, "Existing Facilities", allows for maintenance and repair of existing facilities <br /> involving negligible or no expansion of use of the existing facilities.
