The City Council could reject or revise <br /> the recommended rate increase regardless of the number of protest letter received. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> If Council approves the recommended changes, a typical Redwood City residential <br /> customer's bi-monthly sewer utility bill would increase by $10.42 from $115.76 to <br /> $126.18, effective August 1, 2013. <br />
