Licensee is responsible for any payments made by City to obtain or maintain such insurance and City may collect the same from Licensee or deduct the amount paid from any sums due Licensee under this License. 11. Compliance with Laws. Licensee shall comply with all laws concerning use and occupancy of the Property. 12. Assiqnment. Licensee understands and acknowledges that assignment, sublicensing or transfer of this License is prohibited without the written consent of City, and any attempt to do so without City's written consent may result in a revocation of the License at the will of City. 13. Revocation of License. Licensee understands and agrees that this License may be revoked at any time for Licensee's failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions hereof. The determination of License revocation shall be within the sole discretion of City and shall be in addition to the right to terrninate without cause pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of this License. If this License is revoked by City under this Section 13, the revocation shall be no earlier than forty-eight (48) hours from the date and time of delivery of the notice of revocation and Licensee shali remove the Vehicle and any personal property from the Property by that time or City may remove them and charge Licensee for the cost of removal or storage. 14. Liens and Encumbrances. Licensee shall have no authority to do any1hing that may result in a lien or encumbrance against the Property. Without limiting the foregoing, however, Licensee agrees to pay promptly all costs associated with the activities associated with this License and not to cause, permit, or suffer any lien or encumbrance to be asserted against the Property. In the event that Licensee causes, permits, or suffers any lien or encumbrance to be asserted against the Property related to activities associated with this License, Licensee at its sale cost and expense shall promptly cause such lien or encumbrance to be removed. 15. Damaqe to the Property. If, at any time, any of Licensee's activities conducted pursuant to this License causes any damage to any portion of the Property, Licensee will promptly repair such damage to City's satisfaction. 18. Notice. All notices under this License shali be in writing and, unless otherwise provided herein, shall be deemed validly given if sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, or via recognized overnight courier service, addressed as follows (or to any other mailing address which the party to be notified may designate to the other party by such notice). All notices properly given as provided for in this section shall be deemed to be given on the date when sent. Should City or Licensee have a change of address, the other party shall immediately be notified as provided in this section of such change.
