<br />' . <br /> Each member of the Commission shall serve at the <br />pleasure of the Agenèy that appointed him. tach memb~r shall <br /> I <br />cease to be a member of the Commission when he ceases to <br />hold office on the góverning board of the Agency that appointed <br />him. Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled by the <br />respective appointing Agencies. <br /> The members of the Commission may receive compensa- <br />tion, not to exceed $50.00 per member for each meeting of the <br />Commission and not to exceed an aggregate of $600.00 per mem- <br />ber in any fiscal year, as authorized by the Commission, and <br />also actual and necessary expenses for travel and meetings as <br />authorized by the Commission. <br /> Section 2.5. Meetings of the Commission. <br /> (a) Regular Meetings. The Commission shall provide <br />for its regular meetingsi provided, however, that at least <br />one regular meeting shall be held each year. The date, hour <br />and place of the holding of regular meetings shall be fixed <br />by resolution of the Commission and a copy of such resolution <br />shall be filed with each of the Agencies. <br /> (b) Special Meetings. Special meetings of the <br />Commission may be called in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State. <br /> (c) Call, Notice and Conduct of Meetings. All <br />meetings of the Commission, including without limitation, <br />regular, adjourned regular and special meetings, shall be <br />called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the <br />provisions of Sections 54950 et seq. of the Government Code <br />of the state. <br /> Section 2.6. Minutes. The secretary shall cause <br />to be kept minutes of the meetings of the Commission and <br />shall, as soon as possible after each meeting, cause a <br />copy of the minutes to be forwarded to each member of the <br />Commission and to each of the Agencies. <br /> 10 1005033 <br />
