<br />. , <br /> Section 2.2. Creation of Authority. Pursuant to <br />the Act" there is hereby created a, public entity to be known <br />as the "South Bayside System Authority", herein called the <br />"Authority". The Authority is a public entity separate and <br />apart from Belmont, Redwood City, San Carlos and Menlo, and <br />shall administer this Agreement. <br /> Section 2.3. Term. This Agreement shall be dated <br />the date of execution of this Agreement by the last of the <br />Agencies that executes this Agreement and shall be effective <br />on the date hereof and shall continue in effect until such <br />time as all bonds (if any) and the interest thereon issued <br />by the Authority under the Bond Law or the Act shall have <br />been paid in full or provision for such payment shall have <br />been made and thereafter until such time as the Authority <br />and the Agencies shall have paid all sums due and owing pur- <br />suant to this Agreement or pursuant to any contract executed <br />pursuant to this Agreement and thereafter until terminated <br />pursuant to Section 8.1 by an agreement of all the Agencies <br />that are then parties hereto. <br /> Section 2.4. Commission. The Authority shall <br />be administered by a Commission of four (4) members. One <br />(1) member shall be a councilman of Belmont appointed by <br />the City Council of Belmont; one (1) member shall be a <br />councilman of Redwood City appointed by the Council of <br />Redwood City; one (1) member shall be a councilman of San <br />Carlos appointed by the City Council of San Carlos; and <br />one (1) member shall be a member of the board of directors <br />of Menlo appointed by the board of directors of Menlo. <br />The Commission shall be called the "Commission of South <br />Bayside System Authority".
