The name `Sifican Valfey Ciean <br /> Water' shall be deemed substituted for `South Bayside System Authority' <br /> wherever the latter appears in this Agreement, including, without limita#ion, #he <br /> Exhibits." <br /> 2. Section 2.2 of#he Agreement is hereby amended to read as f�llaws: <br /> "Secti�n 2.2. Creation af Authority Pursuar�t to ths Act there is <br /> hereby created a public enti#y to be knowm as 'Sificon Valley Cfean Water,' <br /> herein called the `Authority.' The Authority is a public entity separate and <br /> apart from Beimant, Redwaad City, San Carlos, and West Bay, and shall <br /> administer this Agreement." <br /> 3. Section �.4 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows <br /> "Section 2.4. Commissian. The Authority shail be administered by a <br /> Commission of four (4} members. One (1} member shall be a Council member of <br /> Belmont appointed by the City CaunciE of Belmont; one (1) member sha[I be a <br /> Counci( member c�f Redwaad City appointed by the Cauncil of Redwaod City; <br /> one {1) member shal! be a Council member of San Carlos appointed by the City <br /> Counci! af San Carlos; and one (1) member shaEl be a member of the Board of <br /> Directors af tNest Bay appointed by#he Board of Directors of 1Nest Bay. The <br /> Comrnissian shafl be ca!!ed the `Commission of Siiicon Vafley Clean Water.' AIE <br /> voting power of the Authority shall reside in #he Gommission. <br /> Each membe� of the Commission shal! serve at the pfeas�re af the <br /> Agency t}�at appointed him ar her.
