<br />. ; ,-,',' <br />,', <br /> ", <br /> ." . <br /> (c) the secretary shall countersign all contracts <br /> signed by the chairman or vice-chairman on behalf of the <br /> Authority, perform such other duties as may be imposed by <br /> the Commission and cause a copy of this Agreement to be <br /> filed with the Secretary of state of the State pursuant to <br /> the Act". <br /> Section 3.2. Controller and Treasurer. The City <br /> Auditor and City Treasurer of Redwood City are hereby re- <br /> spectively designated as the controller and treasurer of the <br /> Authority. The treasurer shall be the depositary and shall <br /> have custody of all of the accounts, funds and money of the <br /> Authority from whatever source. The controller and the <br /> treasurer shall have the duties and obligations set forth <br /> in Sections 6505 and 6505.5 of the Act and shall assure <br /> that there shall be strict accountability of al; funds and <br /> report of all receipts and disbursements of the Authority. <br /> The Council of Redwood City shall determine the charges to <br /> be made against the Authority for the services of the <br /> controller and the treasurer, such charges not to exceed <br /> actual costs to Redwood City for such services. <br /> Section 3.3. Officers in Charge of Property. <br /> Pursuant to Section 6505.1 of the Act, the controller and <br /> the treasurer shall have charge of, handle and have access <br /> to all accounts, funds and money of the Authority and all <br /> records of the Authority relating thereto; the secretary <br /> shall have charge of, handle and have access to all other <br /> records of the Authority; and the manager shall have charge <br /> of, handle and have access to all physical properties of <br /> the Authority. <br /> 13 <br /> 1005036 <br />
