Allocation of Expenses; Generally. <br />After adoption of the annual budget prior to March 1st of each <br />year pursuant to Section 6.1, the Authority shall furnish to <br />each of the Agencies an estimate of the total annual mainten- <br />ance and operation costs, capital costs, costs of special ser- <br />vices, capital reserve expenses (if any) and bond interest and <br />redemption expenses (if any) and of the proportion thereof al- <br />located to each of the Agencies for the ensuing fiscal year. <br /> Section 6.4. Distribution of maintenance and <br />operation costs. Each Agency shall provide facilities <br />to meter the total of all wastewater discharged by it into <br />the Joint Facilities, including equipment to facilitate <br />the monitoring of the characteristics of the- wastewater <br />so discharged by such Agency. Meters shall be read, waste- <br />water characteristics established and the charges based <br />thereon determined as often as required for each Agency to <br />make the deposits in the maintenance and operation fund of <br />the Authority which is hereby created. The methodology for <br />distribution of maintenance and operation costs is set <br />forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and hereby made a part <br />of this Agreement. <br /> 25 1005048 <br />
