<br />, '.. <br />industrial ,waste ordinance of each Agency will authorize <br />field inspection employees _o'f, the Authority to. act as enfor'ce...; .' <br />ment agents of such Agency with power to inspect and issue <br />notices for violations of such oidinan~el provided that all <br />actual prosecutions for violations of such ordinances (includ- <br />ing, without limit~tion, levying of fines, disconnection of <br />discharge lines, and civil and criminal court actions) shall <br />be the exclusive responsibility of the respective Ag~cies. <br />All costs and expenses of the Authority under this section <br />shall be distributed by the Authority to the respective <br />Agencies on the basis of the actual costs incurred for each <br />Agency and as a part of maintenance and operation costs <br />provided in Section 6.4. <br /> Section 7.7. Enforcement by Authority. The <br />Authority is hereby authorized to take any or all legal or <br />equitable actions, including but not limitèd to injunction <br />and specific performance, necessary or permitted by law to <br />enforce this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE VIII - TERMINATION <br /> Section 8.1. Termination Agreement. This Agreement <br />shall continue until terminated by an agreement executed by <br />all of the Agencies that are then parties hereto, such agree- <br />ment being authorized by a four-fifths vote of the governing <br />body of each of such Agencies. <br /> section 8.2. Withdrawal. If any Agency shall <br />withdraw from the Authority prior to termination of this <br />Agreement pursuant to Section 8.1, such Agency shall lose <br />any further right to use the Joint Facilities; and upon <br />the termination thereafter of this Agreement, any Agency <br />so withdrawing prior to said termination shall receive as <br />its proper share of the assets of the Authority that portion <br />of the assets of the Authority which it owned at the date <br />of such withdrawal, less any accumulated charges for <br /> 33 1005056 <br />
