Disposition of Assets. 'Upon the <br /> termination of this Agreement, the assets of the Authority <br /> shall be distributed to the Agencies entitled thereto who <br /> executed the agreement provided for in Section 8.1 in <br /> accordance with their respective percentage shares of <br /> ownership of the Joint Facilities as most recently determined <br /> before the date of such termination (except as otherwise <br /> provided in Section 8.2) or in such other manner as shall <br /> be agreed upon by all of said Agencies; and, until such, <br /> distribution is agreed upon, shall be held in trust by <br /> Redwood City for all of said Agencies. <br /> ARTICLE IX - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> Section 9.1.
