Section 7.6. of the Agreem�nt is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 7. 6. Industrial Waste Ordinances. The Agencies <br /> agree that each Agency wil� adopt a unifarm industrial waste <br /> ordinance, as such may be amended from time to time to ensure <br /> compliance with s�ate and federal requirements, that will <br /> establish criteria for, and restrictions on the nature and <br /> quality of, industrial waste discharged either directly or <br /> indirectly into the Joint Facilities. The Agencies €urther <br /> agree that na such ordinance shall be amended or modified by <br /> any Agency without prior written approval of the Authority, <br /> which approval sha11 not be unreasonably withheld. The <br /> Authority, acting through the Manager with the approval of the <br /> Commission, sha1l be responsible for the design, implementation <br /> 6 <br />
