'West Bay' was formerly narned Menlo <br /> Park Sanitary District (see, definition of 'M�nlo' , above) . <br /> As used in this Agreement 'Menlo' sha11 be deemed to mean 'West <br /> Bay' , ar�d as amendments ��ay be made to this Agreement from time to <br /> time, the name 'West Bay' sha11 be substituted for 'Menlo' as the <br /> latter name appears.
