Said capacity rights shall be expressed in <br /> gallons per day vo�ume ot Average Daily Dry weather Flow, for <br /> each of which there shall be corresponding concen�ratians of <br /> Biochemical Oxygen Demand and Suspended Solids of 325 milligrams <br /> per liter (Mg/L) day, each. <br /> "With the prior written appraval of the Commission, any <br /> Agency may re�inquish ta any other Agency any portion of its <br /> initial patentia�. capacity rights as agreed upon by said twa <br /> � Agencies prior to commencement af construction of any such <br /> Substage. Thereupon the Agency so abtaining such relinqu3shed <br /> rights sha7.1 be entitled to obtai:n maximum capacity rights equal <br /> to the sum of its initial rights plus its acquired rights. <br /> "With respect to Substage 1, the respective capacity <br /> rights of the Agencies shall accrne upon construction thereof; <br /> provided, however, that each Agency shail reimburse the Authority <br /> according to its respective allocated share of the costs of <br /> construction �heraof based upon its respective proportionate <br /> ownership of capacity rights pursuant to Subdivision {bf of <br /> Section 5.6 prior to acquirinq any further capacity rights.
