<br />(h) generally, to supervise the acquisition, construction, <br />management, maintenance and operation of the 1969 Facilities, <br />the Project and the Joint Facilities. <br />The Manager shall perform such other duties as may be <br />specified by the Commission and shall report to the Commission at <br />such times and concerning such matters as the Commission may <br />require. " <br />2.
