The injunctive relief which may be sought <br />hereunder shall be in addition to such other rights and <br />remedies at law or in equity which may accrue to Authority <br />in the circumstances." <br /> "All costs and expenses of the Authority under this section <br />shall be distributed by the Authority to the respective Agencies <br />on the basis of the actual costs incurred for each Agency and <br />as a part of maintenance and operation costs provided in <br />Section 6.4.11 <br />3.
