Thereupon, the Authority shall advise each Agency of the <br /> adjusted fee, and each such Agency shall, and does hereby agree <br /> to, implement and charge such adjusted fee in its wastewater <br /> connection fee system as aforesaid. The Agencies shall commence <br /> proceedings to implement the initial fee or any adjustments <br /> thereto within three (3) months of notice thereof from the <br /> Authority. Nothing herein contained shall preclude any Agency <br /> from charging its users a composite connection fee which includes <br /> as one element the uniform amount established by the Authority <br />" for construction of Stage 2 of the Project hereunder. <br />. <br /> uMonies collected by the Agencies as connection fees <br /> for construction of Stage 2 of the Project shall be paid <br /> over to the Authority periodically, but not less than <br /> quarterly. Said monies shall be applied first to reimbursement of <br /> the Authority for the costs of construction of Substage 1 until <br /> the Authority shall have been fully paid therefor. Thereafter, <br /> said monies shall be deposited in the Construction Fund of the <br /> Authority and held in trust for construction of Substage 2 and <br /> each Substage next in sequence to be constructed. When sufficient <br /> funds, based upon then current estimated construction costs made <br /> or obtained by the Authority for construction of said Substage 2 <br /> or the Substage next in sequence to be constructed, have been <br />.h- <br />. received, the Authority shall proceed with such construction. <br /> 11 <br />
