Joint Facilities. <br /> Should any Agency fail to comply with the provisions of this <br /> Subdivision, the Authority may take any necessary action under <br /> Section 7.4 or Section 7.6. II <br /> 15. Section 7.3 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> IISection 7.3. Transfers. With the prior written <br /> approval of the Commission any Agency may sell, lease or assign to <br /> any other Agency any portion of its maximum capacity rights as <br /> agreed upon by said two Agencies. Upon any such sale, lease or <br /> assignment, the Commission shall adjust the maximum capacity <br /> rights of said two Agencies to reflect such sale, lease or <br /> assignment. Such adjustment shall be effective on July 1st of the <br />.' fiscal year following such sale, lease or assignment. <br /> 17 <br />
