'Joint <br /> Conveyance Facilities' means those facilities shown in Exhibit D <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part of this Agreement and <br /> generally described as follows: <br /> "The new West Bay pumping plant and new force main to <br />. Redwood City; the existing Redwood City pumping plant and force <br /> main to San Carlos; the new San Carlos pumping plant; the existing <br /> Belmont pumping plant; the existing force main extending from the <br /> new San Carlos pumping plant to the deep water end of the bay <br /> outfall, including connections to the new treatment plant of the <br /> Authority to be constructed at Redwood Shores (Stage 1 of the <br /> Project); and the existing Belmont force main extending from the <br /> existing Belmont pumping plant to a new connection (to be <br /> constructed) with the existing force main to the deep water end of <br /> the bay outfall." <br /> 4.
