Section 1.29 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> IISection 1.29. Project. 'Project' means Stage 1 of <br /> the Project and Stage 2 of the Project. 'Stage 1 of the project' <br /> means Alternative SB-B as set forth and described in the Project <br /> Report. The elements of said Alternative SB-B are listed as items <br />. 1 to 7 inclusive, in Exhibit A hereto. <br /> II'Stage 2 of the Project' means the expansion of the <br /> Joint Facilities from a designed wastewater treatment capacity <br /> volume of 24 million gallons per day average daily dry weather <br /> flow to 30 million gallons per day. Stage 2 of the Project shall <br /> be acquired and constructed in four substages ('Substages 1-4') <br /> comprised of improvements or additions to Stage 1 of the Project <br /> increasing the aforesaid designed capacity in increments of 2, 1, <br /> 1, and 2 millions of gallons per day flow, respectively. The <br /> elements of Stage 2 of the Project and the substages thereof are <br /> described in Chapter 6 of that certain report dated August 1983 <br /> entitled 'Report on Capacity Study and Long Range Plan for <br /> Wastewater Treatment Plant Enlargements, South Bayside System <br />. Authority', prepared by Kennedy/Jenks Engineers, Consulting <br /> 4 <br />
