06/24/2013 (4) Area 4: All premises located outside the City of Redwood City and requiring extra pumping service to provide water service thereto shall be included in Area 4. (5) Area 5: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City which were formerly included in the service area for any water company or system acquired in bulk by the City shall be included in Area 5. (6) Area 6: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City on publicly-owned property and used as a college campus shall be included in Area 6. (f) Monthly Water Quantity Rates .
