<br />ON ROLL, CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Robert T. Bury, Mary W. Hender-
<br />son, Paul C. Kecnley, Herbert G. Petersen, John S. Rosselli., Hayor Sidney D. HerVner,
<br />and City C,ler' Helen C. Moore. Councilman Floyd D. Granger was noted. absent. Also
<br />noted present were City Manager Howard C. Ullrich, City ;"attorney Richard E. Gardel.la,
<br />Assistant City Manager. Henry V. DurMet, Auditor -Accountant Jack Ference.
<br />Payor Herkner outlined the purpose of the study meeting; to review the budget and make
<br />such changes as Council considered necessary prior to the date set for the public
<br />hearing on June 20th.
<br />The City NAnager distributed memorandum from Chief of Police with his own cover letter
<br />concerning the police information network with recommendation ref both th- Chief of
<br />Police and City Manager that Redwood City participate and make prow! s i_^n for a month-
<br />ly appropriation of :x"47.00 to meet the costs. He st^tna the mott-r would be pre -
<br />stinted to the Council for `' cti nn at their meeting of June 6th.
