<br />prcoonted for consideration. Staff reported applicants have been notified by Health
<br />Department that faulty conditions in the septic tank and drain field must be corrected.
<br />Applicants further state cost would be approximately $1200 to correct and then only as
<br />a temporary solution, and for this reason have requested permission to connect to the
<br />Redwood City sanitary sewer and are willing to install the necessary pump and sewer
<br />line. City Manager stated this was felt to be a hardship case and recommen6ed sewer
<br />connection be granted 2ubject to the usual connection fee plus the $500 deposit re-
<br />quired, refundable if annexation occurs within two years. He also stated this parcel.
