MOORE, Ci-ty Clerk <br />Minutes of Regular Weekly Study Meeting <br />Redwood City Council <br />January 24, 1966 7:30 P.M. <br />Meeting; called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Rosselli. <br />City Manager reported to Council on option which he had authorized be taken for P10 until <br />March 31st, for five lots adjacent to Easter Bowl and water tanks which had been <br />offered to the City for sum of ,114,500, for which he wished approval. He reviewed <br />history of controversy in past years concern -Ing access, to water tanks and fact that <br />City fence surrounding tanks is on part of property not, being offered. He stated <br />lots had been appraised at time of litigation for $12,500 and should demand for re- <br />location of fence be made, the difference in appraisals would probably amount to about <br />the cost of relocation of the fence . <br />He stated he felt property should be held under option until.
