Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4900 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RRDWOOD CITY COMMENDING REDIiJOOD CITY'S YOUT;G MEN MHO HAVE OBTATNED THE BOY SCOUTS' <br />EAGLE AWARD IN 1965, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried on roll call vote. <br />"'Jayor Rosselli announced incumbents on Personnel. Board whose terms were expiring and <br />eliMible for reappointment, had indicated their willingness to serve another term. <br />Councilman Royer moved that 1,1illiam Byrd and Robin Hatfield be reappointed and <br />unanimous ballot be cast for their appointment, seconded by Councilman Herkner and <br />carried (MINUTE ORDER ;'66-29) <br />Counc il.nan Weymouth moved to reappoint Mitchell Paige and Don Peacock to the Veterans <br />Memorial Commission and unanimous ballot be cast for their appointment, seconded <br />by Councilman Petersen and carried (MINUTE ORDER 7 1`66-�o) <br />Council questioned whether suggeetions had been made concerning ehanr;es of meeting <br />schedules of Veterans Memorial Commission, and Councilman Granger advised Commission <br />had been contacted but had not had enough time to reply as yet (Memo 1/25/66) <br />CLAIM of George Rose, for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by City Employee, <br />was denied and referred to insurance carrier on motion of Coundlman Weymouth, seconded <br />by Councilman Herkner and carried (MINUTE; ORDER <br />Councilman Granger discussed financial problems and small number left of ,Spanish-American <br />Veterans Auxilianj usi.nE the Veterans Memorial Building, and asked that their rental <br />fee be cancelled. <br />Councilman Granger moved that Council recorlmend to Veterans Memorial Commission that <br />they consider waving the rental fee for meeting: of Spanish-American Veterans Auxiliary <br />seconded by Councilman Herkrer and carried (MINUTE ORDER ;1'66-32) <br />Councilman Royer announced report was beim forwarded to Council and Staff on Bay -Front <br />Committee for c onsiderati on. <br />Councilman Royer moved to adjourn meeting, seconded by Councilman Bury and carried. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:12 P.M. <br />HEZE1 C.�JOlF, City Clerk <br />
