Henderson, 3093 Muller Court, questioned
assessed valuation figure differences between those in
Fesaibility Report and School .report and if figures were
projected on the same basis. 1965-66
Mr. Kuebelbeck explained differences in figures used and method by which they
were derived. He stated he applied a "deflating factor", which is typical for
assessed valuation of property for school purposes taking into consideration that
the tax base would be land, improvements and personal property.
Mrs. Ingrid McFadden, Board Member, of League of vdonen Voters
of South San Mateo County, read communication in which request
by their organization was made for delaying acceptance of Feasi-
bility Report until .further study was made by public, of the
School Study.
Mayor :?ossell.i. called a five minute recess at 10:30 P.
