Excentions: <br />1. Thnt the length of the cul-de-sac be 335 feet instead of the <br />maximum distance of 250 feet as required by the Subdivision <br />Ordinance. <br />2. That the sidewalks not bn included in the street improvements. <br />Conditions: <br />1. That the area betw-en the curb and the property line in the <br />street right-of-way be 7roded for future sidewalk improvements on <br />the street system within the proposed subdivision. <br />2. That any improvements in the Bayshore Freeway right of way be <br />subject to the approva.i of the Division of Eighways. <br />3. There be a landscaping plan prepared by a landscape architect <br />to supplement the Tentative Map showing planting in the five-foot <br />wide easement along Lots 7 A 4 adjacent to Tayshore Freeway and on <br />the proposed fill slope in the State Right of ,'ay and on exist - <br />slope within the Maple St. Right -of -Way. <br />4. That the proposed Landscape Plan be submitted and approved by <br />the Architectural Committee. <br />5. That the Final Map indicate a non -=access restriction along the <br />Maple Street Right of Way, encept for the 60 feet access for Chemi- <br />cal Way Right of Way. <br />6.
