EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant wili complete the following scope of services. Please note that each <br /> task identified may not occur in the order presented in this scope, as some tasks <br /> may occur simultaneously. <br /> 1.1 Community Engagement Strategy <br /> Consultant will meet with City representatives to develop strategies, preferred outreach <br /> engagement methods, and schedule for the Task Force meetings. In preparation for <br /> this meeting, Consultant will provide the City with work product examples and,�or <br /> images. This meeting will result in a Community Engagement Strategy memorandum <br /> summarizing the engagement strategy methods and tools to be used and anticipated <br /> outcomes. The Strategy Memorandum will be submitted electronically to the City for <br /> posting to the project website (Task 1.3) and final distribution to the Task Force. <br /> 1.2 Base Maps <br /> The base map will be prepared by the Consultant team based on data provided by <br /> City staff. City will provide Consultant with the City`s current base map and <br /> appropriate GIS layers. Consultant will use these layers to create new layers and/or <br /> maps for use throughout the Project. All electronic maps and additional �ayers <br /> prepared during this project will be delivered electronically to the City at the end of the <br /> project. <br /> 1.3 Website-Quick Start <br /> Consultant will design and host a content management website that provides 24- <br /> hour access to information about the Inner Harbor Specific Plan program. The site <br /> will include a project calendar, document library, comment section. FAQs, news. <br /> and b�og section as well as serve as a location for the public to access surveys and <br /> meeting summaries, as appropriate. A link to the site will be located on the <br /> Redwood CEty's web page. Consultantwill ensure that informational materials are <br /> available on the site, along with a description of the update process and schedule, <br /> documents or slideshows presented at public meetings, background reports and <br /> maps, and methods for public comment. The site will be updated every three weeks. <br /> as appropriate, to reflect new materials and draft products for review. <br /> • Consultant will develop a design option for the website content and <br /> appearance Prior to the creation of the website, Consultantwebsite <br /> designer and City staff will discuss the website's anticipated content <br /> character and general `feel.
