• City approves beta version and Consultant will continue with content <br /> upload. <br /> • Website goes live. <br /> • Consultant will upload content and maintains webs�te every three weeks, <br /> as appropriate <br /> 1.4 Task Force Meeting 1 -Roles, Responsibilities, and Initial Visioning <br /> Consultant will prepare meeting materials, including agendas and meeting <br /> summaries in a format that can be easily posted to the Inne� Harbor website and <br /> inexpensively reproduced by the City. Consultant will electronically submit meeting <br /> materials to the City for review and distribution. <br /> The first Task Force Meeting will launch the project, and, as such will ��ave a slightly <br /> different format and content than subsequent Task Force meetings. This 3-hour Task <br /> Force meet�ng will have two sessions. The first session, approximately 90 minutes in <br /> length will be conducted as a community meeting where the public`s participation is <br /> the focus. The first session will be professionally facilitated and a professionally <br /> competent graphic recorder will chronicle the community's input using real time wall <br /> graphic recording techniques. <br /> The first session will: <br /> - Launch the project including an introduction to the project anticipated <br /> process and schedule <br /> • Introduce the team: City and consultant team members <br /> • Identify the community's issues, concerns, and ideas <br /> • Detail how community will be kept informed and identify participatian <br /> opportunities <br /> In addition to the graphic recording, comment cards will be available for community <br /> members to register their questions. comments or ideas. The completed comment <br /> cards will be included in the meeting summary along with a photograph of the wall <br /> graphic <br /> The second session. appraximately 60 minutes in length, will focus on the Task <br /> Force's formulation, proceedings, and rules of conduct.
