4. Direct Costs Related to Completed Additional Services <br /> Increase of direct costs related to the completed additional services and includes <br /> materials prepared for the additional task force meetings, travel costs for Consultants <br /> participation at the SLR meeting, and travel costs associated with the attendance <br /> additional MIG personnel at the Task Force meetings. <br /> Costs associated with the above tasks are provided in Table 1. <br /> Additional Specific Plan and Related Services . <br /> In addition to planning services already provided to the Inner Harbor Specific Plan <br /> project, Consultant will provide the additional services. Costs associated with these <br /> tasks and services are provided in Table 2. <br /> Task 6: Administrative Draft Specific Plan . <br /> 6.1.1 Additional Administrative Draft Specific Plan Review/Response <br /> Consultant will address the expanded number and breadth of City comments on the <br /> Administrative Draft Specific Plan. This augmented task allows for: <br /> • 36 hours of graphic support to determine and/or illustrate if automobiles or <br /> streeUfield lights can be seen from Maple Drive when looking towards the <br /> Steinberger Slough; <br /> • Additional Consultant participation with the Implementation Chapter (up to 20 <br /> hours); and <br /> • Fuscoe Engineering (FEI) to revise infrastructure exhibits per City staff <br /> comments and update Specific Plan text and exhibits to reflect improvements <br /> proposed by the utility model analysis. <br /> 6.3 Sea Level Rise Coordination, Allowance <br /> Consultant will coordinate with Environmental Science Associates (ESA) to integrate <br /> the SLR component into other sections of the Specific Plan, as required. An allowance <br /> of 39 hours has been budgeted. If additional time is necessary, it will be invoiced on a <br /> time and materials basis. Cost savings from other tasks may be applied to additional <br /> work within this task, if necessary. Additional work outside of the total budget <br /> established for the contract amendment shall not be conducted without prior written <br /> authorization from the City's Project Manager. <br /> 6.4 Additional Graphics <br /> Consultant will prepare a series of graphic vignettes as identified below to illustrate the <br /> vision for the Inner Harbor neighborhood: <br /> • Pedestrian path adjacent to Redwood Creek and Inner Harbor-1 (Inner Harbor-1 <br /> represented as two- or three- story townhomes).
