Exhibit A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> General <br /> Purpose The Service encompasses the display of real-time space availability of two parking garages located <br /> at 850 lefferson Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94063 and at 750 Marshall Street, Redwood City, CA <br /> 94063 (together hereinafter referred to as "Garages") in Streetline's Parker'"", a free mobile <br /> consumer parking guidance application available on iPhones and Android devices. Both garages <br /> are located in Redwood City-one on Jefferson Avenue,consisting of 585 spaces,and the other on <br /> Marshall Street,consisting of 387 spaces. <br /> The Service represents a collaboration between Streetline and Amano McGann, with Amano <br /> McGann acting as Streetline's subcontractor on this project. Amano McGann is the manufacturer <br /> and service provider of the gate control equipment that is used in the Garages. <br /> Applications provided by Streetline <br /> 1 ParkEdge Basic+ ParkEdge Basic is an off-street parking management system providing the foundation for parking <br /> ParkEdge Premium providers to manage parking inventory.Through ParkEdge Premium, operators have the ability to <br /> (including update policy information on demand. The ParkEdge RealTime system enables garage operators <br /> ParkEdge RealTime to publish real-time space availability through Parker'"' <br /> system) <br /> Documentation <br /> • High-level project plan for installation,evaluation and completion <br /> • Application instructions and training materials <br /> Activation, Training&Support <br /> • Amano McGann will utilize Streetline's garage space availability API to enable the transfer of real-time space <br /> availability information from Amano McGann's gate control equipment to Streetline's ParkEdge server <br /> • Streetline personnel will provide initial training in use of applications <br /> Term <br /> 36 months,commencing upon initial deployment of Application. <br /> Fee and Payment terms <br /> Activation Fee(one-time) MonthlV Service Fee <br /> Jefferson Garage: $2,700 $175 <br /> Marshall Garage: 2 700 175 <br /> Total $5,400 $350 <br /> The Activation Fee shall be payable within 10 days following activation of software services. The Monthly Service Fee <br /> shall be payable monthly commencing on the 5`h day following the initial appearance of the Garages'space availability <br /> information on Parker and on the 15S day of each month thereafter. <br /> Project Schedule <br /> Amano McGann configuration work will commence within 3 weeks following execution of the Order Form and notice <br /> to proceed from the Customer and is expected to be completed within 3 weeks thereafter.
