CGM':sg:1 1/7/7 3 ORIGINAL NOV /2 '73 R E S O L U T I JO N N O.7 04 7 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - JOHN PELLARIN, INC. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the application of the subdivider of the real property hereinafter described for exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to allow all of the proposed lots of the subdivision, except Lot A, to have less than 50 feet of street frontage, to have less than 90 feet of lot depth, and to have less than 6,000 square feet of lot area; and WHEREAS, the property for which application for exception is made is that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: 1430 Gordon Street; being Lot 4, Block D, Woodside Acres; Assessor' s Parcel No. 059-043-030; R-3 District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this Council tnat exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which affect said property; the exceptions applied for are necessary for preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of petitioner; that the granting of said exceptions will not be detri- mental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood in which the property is situated; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, exception to the provisions of Section 30.63 of said Code is hereby granted for the above described real property to allow all of the proposed lots of the subdivision,
