CGM':sg:1 1/7/7 3 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> NOV /2 '73 <br /> R E S O L U T I JO N N O.7 04 7 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF <br /> CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - <br /> JOHN PELLARIN, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br /> the application of the subdivider of the real property hereinafter <br /> described for exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code <br /> of the City of Redwood City to allow all of the proposed lots of <br /> the subdivision, except Lot A, to have less than 50 feet of street <br /> frontage, to have less than 90 feet of lot depth, and to have less <br /> than 6,000 square feet of lot area; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property for which application for exception is <br /> made is that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood <br /> City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as <br /> follows: <br /> 1430 Gordon Street; being Lot 4, Block D, <br /> Woodside Acres; Assessor' s Parcel No. 059-043-030; <br /> R-3 District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> this Council tnat exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> which affect said property; the exceptions applied for are necessary <br /> for preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of <br /> petitioner; that the granting of said exceptions will not be detri- <br /> mental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in <br /> the neighborhood in which the property is situated; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City, exception to the provisions of <br /> Section 30.63 of said Code is hereby granted for the above described <br /> real property to allow all of the proposed lots of the subdivision, <br />
