_ _ � . <br /> EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> i. Provide professional topographic land survey services for Linden Park. <br /> II. Prepare base map in AUTOCAD electronic format version 2008 or later, capable of <br /> plotting at scale of 1:20". Text information and other entities shall be readable at this <br /> scale when plotted on a plan and profile sheet. All text information shall be 0.1". Use the <br /> standard City title block provided by the City. <br /> III. Perform topographic survey to include all physical features within the attached project <br /> area limit of work map including but not limited to: <br /> 1. All elements within the AutoCAD file shall be on separate layers with color assigned <br /> by layer. At a minimum the following layers should be included: <br /> a. Storm Utilities <br /> b. Sanitary Utilities <br /> c. Potable & Reclaimed Water <br /> d. All other utilities <br /> e. Trees& Dripline <br /> f. Pavements (differentiate types) <br /> g. Other features <br /> 2. All elements shall be drawn to scale and the same shape at the intersection of <br /> ground contact. <br /> 3. Provide all boundary information as well as all easements, right of ways, setbacks <br /> and any deed restrictions and record with the County. <br /> 4. Building finish floor elevations (FFE) at every entrance. <br /> 5. Building footprints with all exterior door locations. <br /> 6. 1 foot contours. <br /> 7. All trees larger than 6 inch diameter measured at 4.5 feet off the ground shall have a <br /> minimum of three spot elevations at the base to accurately locate the shape and size <br /> of the trunk footprint as well as the drip line of the canopy. <br /> 8. Shrub or vegetation massing. <br /> 9. Spot elevations at all pavement corners, grade breaks, pavement change in <br /> materials, door or gate thresholds, tops and bottoms of walls, curbs and stairs. <br /> 10. Drainage structures, with pipe inverts and rim elevations. <br /> 11.
